The F.I.R.M. provides free pick-up and delivery service in the Calgary area with no minimum from one location.

* Cleaning Standards
All Cleaning Services Include Liner removal and seperate cleaning

• Each set of pants, coat and suspenders is cleaned to NFPA specifications, and inspected thoroughly for wear and damage. If repairs are needed to meet compliance, we will let you know. See our Repair Programs area for repair pricing.
  
• All garments must come with an authorization letter from a fire department officer or from the municipality stating that The F.I.R.M. is authorized to clean the garments. Or you can use our convenient Authorization Form instead.
  
• If you want repairs or alterations made in addition to the standard cleaning, please use our Repair Form to show us where the work is needed, and send the forms in with your gear.

BASIC CLEANING: PRICES- effective January 1, 2012*
· All prices include visual Inspection, BASIC Record Keeping, and Velcro cleaning
· Terms are net 30 days

**BASIC Cleaning Program - consists of flush, 2 wash baths, and 3 rinse baths. This program targets all soil groups and is intended to reduce or eliminate contaminates containing toxins and carcinog ens.

ADVANCED CLEANING: PRICES - effective January 1, 2012*
· All prices include Advanced NFPA 1851 Inspection, Record Keeping, and Documentation in binder for Yearly Requirements.
· Velcro cleaned and gear decontaminated
· Terms are net 30 days

**ADVANCED Cleaning Program - includes the basic cleaning program with an additional full 76 point physical inspection to comply with NFPA 1851 standards for yearly cleaning of complete PPE including hood- drd-gloves, with recorded repairs.
Consists of pre-soak with specialized detergents and/or cleaning agents. Hand processing. Followed with flush, 2 wash baths, and 3 rinse baths. This program targets all soil groups and is intended to reduce or eliminate contaminates containing toxins and carcinogens. Including Velcro cleaning.
