I would like to thank you and your staff at Firm Canada for the very professional and thorough job of cleaning and repairing my turn out gear.
Having my gear picked up in the morning after a three alarm fire and returned by the night shift cleaned and repaired that afternoon was unheard of by any of my fellow crew members. There is no way with the C.F.D.s current system for washing that I would have had it done myself and having it done so well has given it a new life. Getting into toxic free gear is something that we should all value more.

I would not hesitate to recommend Firm Canada to other department members or other departments. Your service could not have been better.

Firm Canada;

I wanted to send you a thank you note for doing such an fantastic job on cleaning and repairing my duty gear. I have been in the fire service with the City of Calgary for 6 years and my gear has never looked and felt so good, not even when it was new.

We had come out of a 3 alarm apartment condo fire which was extremely hot and dirty. Firm Canada was able to take my gear and within the time it took me to return to shift that night clean it an return it back to my station. Not only did I not have to take it anywhere or wait to change the gear from the washer to the dryer, it was obviously much cleaner and cleaner means safer.

When Firm Canada was cleaning the gear they also noticed and fixed a hem problem with the night hitch, again with a fantastic turn around time.

I would not hesitate to recommend Firm Canada to any firefighter or fire service. The quality of work and service is second to none.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jonathan Fesik and FIRM Canada for their recent work on my duty gear. As a firefighter we are constantly told of the dangers of "dirty gear". With the toxins that are present in fires and the diseases and blood borne pathogens we are exposed to through medical calls and motor vehicle accidents, it is imperative we have clean gear.

I can honestly say that FIRM's service was unbelievable. My gear was picked up after shift and was back at the station by the following evening, ready for night shift. I almost didn't recognize my jacket and night hitch. Old stains were completely removed and one of my suspenders that had a broken slide was repaired (and I did not even ask that this be done). It is obvious to me that FIRM cares about firefighters safety and I would not hesitate in recommending them to any firefighter, fire department, or business.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your staff for the tremendous service. During my career as a firefighter I can honestly say my duty gear has never been cleaned so well. The turn around time was fantastic and overall the process was hassle free!

Considering your personal experience as a firefighter I am confident my gear was cleaned properly. It is reassuring to know that the F.I.R.M.'s cleaning process left no chemical residue and did not damage the nomex material. I will enjoy my toxin-free gear until the next smokey fire after which I will not hesitate to use the F.I.R.M.'s services again.

At Agrium our gear see a lot of training on different materials as well
as anhydrous ammonia and other chemicals. The gear came back extremely
clean and contamination free. We had one set of turn out gear that came
in contact with activated carbon and the user could not get the carbon
out, when this gear came back the contamination was completely out.
I will recommend The Firm to other Agrium plants as well as fire halls
in the County of Wheatland.
